The production of air ducts made of black steel is carried out in accordance with the construction departmental standards VSN 353-86 and technical specifications TU 4863-195-04612941-99, as well as installation projects created in accordance with SNiP 3.05.01-85 and SNiP 2.04.05-91. Internal and external surfaces are primed according to GOST 9-032-74 with a mixture of GF-021. Manual and semi-automatic welding is used in the manufacture. Elements produced in this way are used in pneumatic transport structures or in aspiration devices during transportation of highly abrasive dusts, as well as in fire safety and smoke removal systems.
